History
A life measured in remarkable company.
Chardonnay left New Zealand built for one of the world's most discerning private owners — a vessel where cost was never the constraint, only quality. She passed to a senior figure connected to Paramount Pictures, spending seasons on the California coast in celebrated company. She was later owned by the President of the New York Yacht Club, and subsequently by a Danish navy admiral who brought her to Europe. Each chapter of her life has added to a provenance that very few yachts can claim. She is now in the hands of owners who understand that heritage, and who have invested accordingly in her future.
Rebuilt from the keel up.
Between 2023 and 2026, Chardonnay underwent a full restoration — stripped to bare steel, scanned, rebuilt, and re-certified for unrestricted ocean charter. Five chapters of work, set down here in order.
